Santos Gaitan III has over ten years of experience working for or with Managed Service Providers, as well as over fifteen years of experience in the field of IT support as a whole. During his time in the industry he has gained expertise in a variety of roles, including Help Desk Support, Project Management, Network Operations Center Support, Support Management, and Learning & Development.

Each of these have led to key insights into the unique challenges faced by both MSPs and internal IT departments, from managing team metrics, providing a consistent client experience, adapting to growth, and ensuring a robust training program for new or advancing team members.
